Sir George Young, the Secretary of State for Tranpsort, lends a helping hand to construction workers digging the tunnels for the Jubilee Line underground extension under London's Waterloo Station this morning (Monday). The extension is now halfway into its construction life and is planned to be opened to the public on 28th March 1998.
