Transport - King's Cross Station - Motorail service1999
Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott, during a photocall at London's King's Cross Station to launch a new Motorail service. Services between London and Aberdeen will start soon, with Bristol and Southampton due to begin in the autumn of 1999.

what ha[ppened to this ? Did it ever take off ? I commuted to this station every day from 2003 to 2008 and never saw any cars on the platform
