Mr Denis Healey, Chancellor of the Exchequer, complete with budget box, sets out from no 11 Downing Street for the House of Commons where he is due to present his budget. Denis Healey was awarded a military MBE, having served as a major in the Army during the Second World War. He was also Beachmaster in the Anzio landings in Italy.
