Sure do Francis...Roller skated there when it opened..Eddie green and his family ran it.

Been to many dances there ,they used to have wrestling there as well if you recall

went to the cali in the early 60's to watch Barron Knights, Johnny Kidd, Screaming Lord Sutch etc.....oh happy days!

Went to the cali for late night dances, around the 70s

I used to work the united Counties Bus "California Special" some nights, and The old "rifle volunteer" beside it, going back 2 the 60s again, great times

I remember waiting for the No. 9 bus outside of Peter Lords during the 50s and early 60s. I think that the shoe shop was called something else when I first got the bus there.
